Cancelation Policy:
We strive to make the experience with us timely and pleasant. In order to do
so, you receive a reminder call 24hr prior to your appointment. If for any
reason you cannot keep ypur appointment, calling the office is the best way to ensure that you will not receive a charge on
your account for "no show no call appointments".Please review the following:
- "No show no call" results in an automatic charge equivilant to the cost of
your missed visit.
- Two consecutive " no show, no call" charges: Future appointments will not be
confirmed without prepayment.
