| Mung Bean Sprouts with Eggs |
|
3 Tbsp butter in skillet 1/2 package mung bean sprouts, washed and drained well 3 eggs Heat butter, add sprouts, mix, place top on pot and cook at low heat until tender. Approximately 5 minutes. Add eggs and scramble in with sprouts. Add more butter if needed. Place lid on and cook very low until eggs are set. Serve hot |
